With this in mind, there is a chance that we may have temporary problems receiving support telephone calls.

Email support will not be affected.

That said, we will do our best to continue to provide the world class support our customers expect and deserve, and do not anticipate that piddling things like ‘no power’ and ‘no Internet access’ will get in our way.
